About Us

The Moment began in early 2024, launched initially to tell one person's story about an adult diagnosis of Autism and ADHD, it's quickly grown to a team of writers from different backgrounds and experiences talking about their own journeys.

It's an important shout to mention that this is not a medical website. Nor does anything written by anyone constitute advice.

This website is focused on individual stories and everyone's experiences are different. The Moment is here to explore the nuance of how things felt for a person around adult diagnosis and everything that goes with it. We've tried to bring as wide a mix of possible of lived experience. We've more writers in the pipeline and we're always looking more to make this a more inclusive site, so if you're interested, please get in touch.

If you'd like to get in touch with anyone from the team, our details are below.
